I’ve tried many times to register with my German driver license, but it just won’t work. That’s something you need to work on as soon as possible. Others have already reported this problem. Sadly can’t us the app now and had to delete.

This is by far the worst app that I’ve ever seen. The UX is not user friendly, the flows don’t make sense, the form suggestions are not in numerical nor alphabetical order, the buttons don’t work and in the view where one is supposed to add the driving licence it requires id or passport. It’s embarrassing.

photo scanning doesn’t work. inserting data by hand doesn’t work. you have to go trough pages and pages of giving consent to something, in other apps it’s enough to click a couple of times. to add insult to injury, the app has a news bar on top. i really wonder who had the nonsense idea to put news in a car rental app. why don’t you add a button to order a pizza, then?

Does not even allow to log in or reset password. But let’s keep this feedback constructive: What about hiring developers to build your app?

Gives a cryptic error every time I try to book a car. NO support option anywhere in the app.

This provider does not accept german driver licenses. Furthermore, the app from the german app store does not work, only if you download it from an italian phone.

Sono una user di vecchia data, ma da quando mi è stata rilasciata una patente tedesca è iniziata l’odissea. L’app non permette di inserire una carta di identità e una patente di due nazionalità diverse, che già è assurdo di per se, quindi ho dovuto contattare il servizio clienti.
- 3 minuti e mezzo per accedere alla sezione “parla con un operatore”
- è necessario eliminare l’account per rieseguire la registrazione
- per validare i documenti bisogna prendere appuntamento per effettuare una chiamata zoom, e nel 2023 è inammissibile che nel processo di registrazione non venga offerto un servizio di verifica di identità immediato come webid

Insomma, ci sono volute almeno 3 ore tra registrazioni, chiamate a operatori, chiamate zoom e per un app di noleggio auto è a Firenze poco scandaloso

L’app non riconosce i documenti esteri e diese App non sembra che se ne occupi veramente.

sono residente all’estero e mi risulta impossibile registrarmi con carta di identità italiana e patente estera..ho scritto al centro assistenza e dopo due settimane (!) mi hanno risposto di provare a cancellare il profilo e ripetere il processo dal principio: peccato che né dalla app né dal sito riesca a cancellare il mio profilo. non è una app ben fatta.

7 passaggi per la registrazione. Io ho una patente tedesca e non mi fa concludere la registrazione perché mi da errore. Solo per questo motivo ho deciso di cancellare la app. Per favore ottimizzatela !!
