Point Breeze Credit Union App Reviews

Can’t view account #, can’t make payment from outside bank, uses pop money while every other bank has zelle. I have my car loan through point breeze, great credit union. But it’s a pain to make the payment I have to go the branch every payment because I don’t use their banking only the mandatory savings for $5.

I asked a relative to transfer my money to my account and it has been over ten minutes this has happened various times I hope for this to be fixed or I may be changing banks

The check deposit camera is nearly impossible to hold still for 3 seconds.

Mobile Ap is not convenient when it won’t recognize checks to deposit. Spending 15 minutes to deposit a check ( if it even works ) is not efficient. Something needs to be improved. Out of desperation, I just photographed a check on my tablet, then took a photo of that screen with my phone. Finally I was able to complete the deposit !! That’s unnecessary waste of time. I also think I can’t choose an acceptable required nickname for my review to post, because it’s negative

PointBreezeCreditUnionApp is quick and easy hence the 3 stars. My complaint is that the deposit limits are much too low and kind of defeats the purpose and convenience of PointBreezeCreditUnionApp. Additionally, why the need to designate app deposits as, “for mobile deposit” when isn’t EVERYTHING deposited via app in fact “for mobile deposit”!
Common sense seems to have left when creating PointBreezeCreditUnionApp.

Every time I open PointBreezeCreditUnionApp I have to sign in again. Didn’t used to be like this. Please fix

I do not like the new update at all. It’s not as easy to read. I preferred how it was broken down by date with a clear header at the beginning of each date. Please consider reverting the format.

I love the simplicity of the Point Breeze app. It makes checking my finances very easy to do.

Point Breeze is an excellent bank and credit union. large but still has that smaller bank field..

This is a nice service but it would be great if there was an option to make custom tags and notes for regular debts and credits.

My dad used it also and worked for them for some time. He would have loved PointBreezeCreditUnionApp !!

Only part of my deposit was deposited. This is just one of the issues.
