We have rolled out 7punches across 8 locations. we are using Android tablets and some are losing the wifi connection and this is causing us issues. how can we fix this

How to fix 7punches app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 7punches app on iPhone
Update 7punches app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 7punches iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 7punches on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 7punches network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

7punches Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix 7punches not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 7punches App
1. On android, goto Settings » 7punches » click [Force Stop]

Update 7punches to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 7punches App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 7punches » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 7punches.

Fix 7punches unable to contact server/ 7punches internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 7punches » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 7punches » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 7punches
