Just started my free trial a few days ago to see if it's worth the money. Movie was glitching yesterday and now can't even get it to play. When I select it it bumps me completely out of the app. Not a good start when you want me to pay for something.

In October or November I looked up a movie that said I could watch it through Up, Faith, and Family. I don’t think we even watched a movie on it. Somehow it automatically connected to my sons prime membership (it was through this tv) and unbeknownst to us been charging him a monthly fee every since. We have not watched any movies on it because we didn’t know it had “subscribed” us. We would have canceled it if we would have known. We want a reimbursement for the money that has been taken from his account for these last 5 months. Please respond through my email address with a phone number I can contact your company with so we can work this out. Thank you
