How to fix cTrader app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the cTrader app on iPhone
Update cTrader app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall cTrader iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix cTrader on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve cTrader network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent cTrader app issues:

Force Stop the cTrader App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click cTrader app. » click "Force Stop".

Update cTrader to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear cTrader App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "cTrader app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch cTrader.

Fix cTrader unable to contact server/ cTrader internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click cTrader » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got cTrader » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch cTrader on android.
