Hello, Just purchased this app and am a bit lost on where to find the finished “Waterlogue” photos on my iPad. I’m saving to the photo library but they are not there when I go into it to review. Thank you for your help.

How to fix Waterlogue app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Waterlogue app on iPhone
Update Waterlogue app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Waterlogue iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Waterlogue on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Waterlogue network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Waterlogue Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Waterlogue not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Waterlogue App
1. On android, goto Settings » Waterlogue » click [Force Stop]

Update Waterlogue to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Waterlogue App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Waterlogue » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Waterlogue.

Fix Waterlogue unable to contact server/ Waterlogue internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Waterlogue » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Waterlogue » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Waterlogue
