The app is not working. It captures the picture but it does not give the cartoon like image or anything else for that matter it goes all the way through and it stops at 99% finish and then it just says that the Internet was lost or it doesn’t capture of the face there’s a couple of things going on which does not give you a picture that’s why I have canceled the app

How to fix Funmera app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Funmera app on iPhone
Update Funmera app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Funmera iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Funmera on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Funmera network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Funmera Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Funmera not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Funmera App
1. On android, goto Settings » Funmera » click [Force Stop]

Update Funmera to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Funmera App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Funmera » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Funmera.

Fix Funmera unable to contact server/ Funmera internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Funmera » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Funmera » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Funmera
