Poor app and the scale is just a normal scale

The app is poor and there are so many bugs that the scale is useless. Scale doesn’t recognize the user and it shows only the weight. I reset it and resume but the app is full of bug and cannot properly assign user weights. I go to the unknown weights section and assign a weight to a user manually and nothing happens. Expensive scale and very poor app and the result is that it is just a normal scale, completely useless. I wrote to the support and they just didn’t care but reply with a link of hardware support centers. Ridiculous.
Need to reinstall often

Beurer customer service doesn't seem to care. There's a bug that logs you out. Then you can't log in. You have to uninstall then re install. I imagine they are corrupting data on the phone somehow. I've reported it many times and honestly I don't think they value their customer's time. In any case why do I have to be logged into the stupid service to get readings from my scale. And why can't I easily switch between readings for multiple users. Very disappointed!!
Does not connect to user profile

App logged me out after an update. No big deal - I sign in again with my account but now it refuses to connect my stored scale with my profile. Get error message “this is an online profile that cannot be synchronized”. I go through all the FAQs but nothing in there. After wasting 2hrs I decide to delete everything. Paper and pencil is easier and more reliable than this.
