beurerHealthManager is poor and there are so many bugs that the scale is useless. Scale doesn’t recognize the user and it shows only the weight. I reset it and resume but beurerHealthManager is full of bug and cannot properly assign user weights. I go to the unknown weights section and assign a weight to a user manually and nothing happens. Expensive scale and very poor app and the result is that it is just a normal scale, completely useless. I wrote to the support and they just didn’t care but reply with a link of hardware support centers. Ridiculous.

Beurer customer service doesn't seem to care. There's a bug that logs you out. Then you can't log in. You have to uninstall then re install. I imagine they are corrupting data on the phone somehow. I've reported it many times and honestly I don't think they value their customer's time. In any case why do I have to be logged into the stupid service to get readings from my scale. And why can't I easily switch between readings for multiple users. Very disappointed!!

App logged me out after an update. No big deal - I sign in again with my account but now it refuses to connect my stored scale with my profile. Get error message “this is an online profile that cannot be synchronized”. I go through all the FAQs but nothing in there. After wasting 2hrs I decide to delete everything. Paper and pencil is easier and more reliable than this.

BC57 - wont consistently send data via Bluetooth to the Healthmanager app. Sometimes connects, more often than not, it won’t. Have to load data manually. The whole reason I bought BC57 was for the Bluetooth. Very disappointing. I also cannot seem to delete individual data entries permanently. They keep reappearing if I re-install beurerHealthManager . Would not recommend this product or app.

Good pairing, decent app, but, needs some improvements for example, apps design is out dated and needs a UI redesign. Moreover, no instructions are available in app.

I understand you changed beurerHealthManager visuals for it to have a better/cleaner app but you removed the best thing about it! I miss the old days with my velocimeter type data! Please bring it back and fix bugs with the weight goals, its been stuck forever. Thanks guys.

I have had one of your scales for over 2 years. Three people use it in my family. Thus thing that you must sign in for each person separately is nerve wracking.
Also the design is good for something like 5 years ago.
Please release a whole new application.

Was surprised when I saw the new look but I’m used to it already and it works better.

Why have beurerHealthManager if you don’t have all your products? I bought one of your scales today, excited to use an app to track my weight and you don’t even have the stinking scale that I bought in the weight scale options. This is a joke.

The bf 700 has bad connect with the Bluetooth, after more than one month I never can connect my devices, beurerHealthManager is also poor and lose the data, also if you try to change the password never recibe the email to do it

My account keep being deleted and need to register again and everytime I close beurerHealthManager it ask me to login again.
Lost many data and it is really bad

Since the last update my scale BF700 stopped uploading data to beurerHealthManager . I uninstalled and reinstalled and deleted the scale to fix it. But now the scale is stuck on stones even though I have changed it in beurerHealthManager .

It worked for one day, then it logged me out and stopped updating information to my Apple health app. Disappointed for sure. Hope their app developers solve this glitch!!

Unbelievable that a company like Beurer is providing such a poor app. From a technical and functional view point one of the worst I have ever seen.

I have a blood pressure cuff BM76 but beurerHealthManager doesn’t support it. It appears the model number on the machine is incorrect. This doesn’t you much confidence in their product

That’s really annoying app-every time when I try to synchronize-it says that there is no such user or it does not connect to scale. I’m really disappointed.

beurerHealthManager will not share data with apple health. It will not show up as a data source. Disappointed.

App has quit updating stat information from scale! It’s stuck on the same reading for over a month now.

They can’t have an app to support there hardware. beurerHealthManager don’t work. It starts and dies 10 seconds later.

beurerHealthManager is completely useless. After resetting it doesn’t even find the BF600 although Bluetooth is activated.

When I got my BF 700 scale, I couldn’t connect it to beurerHealthManager . It turned out the included batteries were almost empty, which prevented connecting with beurerHealthManager .

After replacing the batteries, I was able to connect, but beurerHealthManager told me that there is already an account connected to this scale, which was confusing.

Eventually, I was able to connect beurerHealthManager with the scale and set up on online profile through beurerHealthManager .

However, every few days beurerHealthManager tells me that there is no online profile connected to it, and offers to delete all my data.

When I created a new profile, it told me to confirm the mail address by clicking the link in a mail. The mail took very long to reach me. When it finally arrived and I clicked the link, it told me the link was already used and no longer valid.

Please fix.
