I have a project saved in design space (It is all words - canister labels.) When I use the exact settings (font, line spacing character size, etc) on a new project, it prints larger. Why is this happening?

I have always been able to log on my phone and upload pictures my grandchildren drew etc and turn them into various things. Now when I attempt to remove the background on my phone manually it erases the entire picture and not just the white parts. Is this not available any longer? if so why not?

Just read Cricut is going to make you pay for a subscription if you want to make more than 20 project a month , will not be unlimited use for cricut , registered after Dec 31,2021 . I just bought a Cricut Maker for a gift for Christmas 2022 and just this last week this Jan2023 my Brother bought Maker 3 for his wife for her birthday , which he has not got yet so he can send his back , but my kids they have already use , can I still send back if this is true ?

I want to cancel my subscription. Ridiculous wait on phone. Told me wait time was 20 minutes then the guy comes back on after I’ve been waiting and tells me my wait time is 30. I’ve had no issues whatsoever with cricut design space on my phone the whole time I’ve had it but now when I go to open the app it immediately crashes and shuts down! This is ridiculous. I can’t even use my circut when I desperately need too! This is frustrating!!

Please let me know why I am not able to open Cricut design space, when I had it on my Mac all the time. I tried to download it again and drag the icon to the application and it takes me to the icon ipassword which I do not know what this is. I never had to do all this before. What is the solution for this problem?

Cricut sucks! they never answer the phone unless you have to sit and wait for an hour and a half. I purchased designs from another place because I was tired of paying for circuit access for something I could never us because the design are ugly, and this is my own personal opinion. Now they are saying I can't remove them because I didn't pay for them. How can I take care of this problem? Why do circuit not have more people answering the phone? They sure have made enough money to have someone there to answer the phone and not thinking people need to wait for 2 hours. Cricut is no longer available for people when we need help, but still want you to purchase things from them. I will never order anything from them again. There are much, much better places to order from.

This is a really slow app when it actually works. I can't make edits on on my previous projects, only lets me "Make Again". Even when I'm trying to purchase something I get I get "unknown error has occurred." I'm about ready to give up. Making anything takes too long having to close and reopen the program constantly. And Customer Service is the worst.
