- Limited data on monthly or daily power usage, with no option to view the whole year at once
- App may not work properly on iPads or tablets
- Some users have reported issues with the app not opening or displaying usage information
- Users on Budget Billing may not be able to see their usage information on the app
- Limited breakdown of usage by day, with only the last 7 days available and confusion over differences in sums between by-hour and by-day breakdowns.
I have unable to log into my account all day. App keeps crashing.
I am unable to login with either my biometric or my login info also my home box does not display the amount left paid
After entering my credentials, when I tap the login button the screen just flashes for a minute fraction of a second but otherwise remains unchanged.
Any time I select “Purchase Power - with Bank Acct” the app crashes.
