app does not recognize voice cant continue the lesson qnd hangs 😞
This morning I made payment to Falou but I've not managed to get past the invitation to subscribe. Falou said there was a fault and to try again but Google Play confirms I have successfully paid. Please advise.
On my iphone, continue does not start where I left off, it now always starts at the beginning.
I'm getting really tired of not being able to properly use the app. The microphone is not recognizing the words that I am saying. I paid for a premium subscription and if this part is not going to work, I want a refund immediately. This is such a shame. Other than the microphone issue, I was really looking forward to using this app.

No time to speak. I tap microphone button and immediately a message pops up telling me i have to speak louder. I didn't even have time to say something.

My voice is not being recognized, It tells me to “Calibrate my microphone” I’ve uninstalled my app, offloaded it, turned my phone off, turned the microphone off and on. Nothing works… I have premium, I want to take a use of it, If I cant use it again I want my money back🤷🏻♀️
I have a problem, when i try to speak with microphone, it doesn't happen. So i can't continue the conversation

Hey there, I tried purchasing a limited offer, it shows my card payment went through BUT, somehow, this does not seem to be active on my profile. Also, I cannot see it active under subscription on iOS. In fact, the payment even went though twice….just wondering what the issue could be?
