The site never works. It doesn’t work with paying bills ever you just can take money out can’t even load cash onto the card or account. You can’t transfer money to another account, they lock you out of your account and then have to talk to the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced, they hang up on you flat out just say idk how to help you bye and hang up. Or you get to talk to the even ruder department the fraud department and they of course don’t believe your the account holder so they are extremely rude and condescending. After you finally prove your you your account forever doesn’t work right it’s always saying “we’re sorry something on our end” when trying to do just about anything . Just the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had but the only way I can get paid .

I have had a account with them since June 7th 22 but I still cannot get my money. When I called to check about my card on July 3rd they told me I had no account then a few days later I called again to check and they still had nothing on me. After two months or so of trying to get my employer to tell me where my money is I am told to check with focus money card again and I did that was on the first week of August. Then they tell me I have a account that was made on June 7th and had first deposit made on June 24th.then two more the next two weeks. They also say they have the wrong address for me and I will have to wait 5 business days to get that sent out to correct address then wait 7 to ten more days for mail to deliver it. Making the process take 3 months to get paid.

The absolute worse! This is like the 2nd time, maintenance issues or whatever they call it. Customers log in only for no accounts to show up, cant access their money & when you call your just told sorry. They tried to tell me I have the wrong card when it's the card they sent me. I would NOT RECOMMEND

Works Fine for Me

I read a lot of reviews saying that USBankFocus is bad and they cannot login, but I decided to download it anyways and I was able to enter all of my information and get into my account no problem. If you have a U.S Bank Focus Debit Card I would definitely recommend this. As always there are a few things that could use touching up but overall this is nice.

Time for some updates

USBankFocus seems a little outdated. It looks like it was built for the iPhone 4... I just downloaded it, after creating an account, so we will see if it actually works… But nevertheless it needs to be updated for newer phones!!

FOCUS not regular

This is by far a 5 star for me. People who review this product need to look and not assume. They couldn’t login due to it being a FOCUS card login not the regular US Bank login. I was told that by the bank and by phone call.

Surprised

I am surprised that the reviews on hear were saying it doesn't work, my app works great and I haven't had any issues. I love USBankFocus . While it is slow I haven't had a complete failure to do something on it

Please fix!

Please fix the issue of not being able to log in. As well as some of the features on USBankFocus . Needs work still. Please fix! USBankFocus makes it so easy to quickly see my balance.

Errors and issues

I wish USBankFocus was as good as the US Bank app. I keep getting “something went wrong” or “an error has occurred” when trying to open USBankFocus . It will also just spin like its trying to open. USBankFocus is just not reliable.

App does not work with cellular data

I have issues logging in using cellular data. It works only when I’m connected to WiFi network. Developers, please fix this issue because it’s extremely inconvenient and unsafe using WiFi networks that are not secure. Extremely Disappointed!!!

If i could give this 0 stars i would, never allows you to log in no matter what you try. this seriously needs to get fixed, it is ridiculous. i'm just trying to access my bank account easily and i can't even do that. needs to be fixed asap

Honestly if this could be rated negatively, I would do it. It doesn't allow you to login worth crap. Whoever owns this obviously needs to learn management and customer service skills... with this many reviews you'd think something would have been done already... Just remove it or improve it!!

Terrible

I’ve had USBankFocus for a few days now to see if anything would change but it hasn’t. It just plain does not work. It won’t update at all. I can’t see my recent transactions or anything. Absolutely nothing on USBankFocus works.

You guys changed my account info and locked me out of USBankFocus and theres no way to contact you so i hope you see this and understand im now using a paycard i cant use and i havent even had my first pay yet. What the heck? You’ve lost all my trust.

The app use to work

Like the title says it use to work great but now it says can’t connect to a network i could use data or WiFi and it’ll load then prompt me with the notification. Roll out the next update!
