I can’t believe that anyone would give them more than one star. I called today to say that my mobile app was no longer accessible. The female told me to delete ManasquanBank , reinstall it. I did that even shut down my phone opened it up again, and I’m still experiencing the same. I have tried calling at least 10 times no one picks up. I think my resort is just pulling out everything out of the two accounts and just banking somewhere else I am so disappointed.
Having a problem with it, I made a deposit on the second and now I’m back at my office to make sure the money goes in the account to pay the mortgage. It rejected it on the second and now it rejected again tonight it said the amount is not adequate to deposit. Makes no sense then when I put it in again, it finally went through. Just crossing my fingers. I have made several deposit at other banks using an app and never had any problem.
My first time in ManasquanBank after the most recent update was missing alot of basic information that used to be easy to find. I can't easily find where my full account number is like I used to. When trying to make a payment to my HELOC, I can easily transfer funds, but the payment amount is not displayed. It's frustrating.
The majority of my mobile deposits fail, even though the check is well within the 4 corners and it says the photo is a success. Also other banks make funds available next day.
Everything about this new interface is pure garbage, takes to long to load anything and everything that the old interface had was moved or renamed or had been changed in some way that makes this new interface to cumbersome to use. Not to mention that since this update it will randomly force logout my phone forcing me to input my password even if it hasn’t passed the time to require a password prompt.
I don’t understand what the team behind the online web app and mobile app were thinking when developing this change, it doesn’t seem like they thought about the users before starting development.
The new app runs vertical and very annoying to hold iPad and case while trying to type. Also, when opening, ManasquanBank is running vertical, but the keyboard is running horizontal. I have checked my settings and it doesn’t seem to be me.
Please run ManasquanBank horizontally. Thank you.
Prior to the most recent update, ManasquanBank was easy to use and responsive. Now, ManasquanBank is slow and hard to navigate. Overall the UI is a massive step down from the prior version. Disappointed to say the least
Manasquan Bank is going to have a lot of problems in the future because your business in commercial and personal clients are going to leave because of poor service and no interest on your money. The Metuchen branch is especially terrible and the Pratt in the bench manager Kathy could care less about her customers.
The old app was easier to navigate.
I would like to be able to see a years worth of payments to individual contacts.
IOS 12.2 on iPhone 7 Plus and ManasquanBank starts then crashes after a few seconds after confirming fingerprint.
I love MSB! However, we live more south and its a hike to get to a branch location. Ive gone through 4 debit cards and the 4th still doesn't work to take money out so i gave up trying. There alot of issues with ManasquanBank when. I use it. The plus’s are i get $10 a month to have their account + all charges refunded. Also there is no monthly charge. These are the reasons I keep the account.

An amazing bank. I borrowed from them to build our home, converted it to a mortgage and have always been impressed with their personal service and have admired their growth over the years. Their app is awesome as well
