Everything about this new interface is pure garbage, takes to long to load anything and everything that the old interface had was moved or renamed or had been changed in some way that makes this new interface to cumbersome to use. Not to mention that since this update it will randomly force logout my phone forcing me to input my password even if it hasn’t passed the time to require a password prompt.
I don’t understand what the team behind the online web app and mobile app were thinking when developing this change, it doesn’t seem like they thought about the users before starting development.

I can’t believe that anyone would give them more than one star. I called today to say that my mobile app was no longer accessible. The female told me to delete the app, reinstall it. I did that even shut down my phone opened it up again, and I’m still experiencing the same. I have tried calling at least 10 times no one picks up. I think my resort is just pulling out everything out of the two accounts and just banking somewhere else I am so disappointed.

Having a problem with it, I made a deposit on the second and now I’m back at my office to make sure the money goes in the account to pay the mortgage. It rejected it on the second and now it rejected again tonight it said the amount is not adequate to deposit. Makes no sense then when I put it in again, it finally went through. Just crossing my fingers. I have made several deposit at other banks using an app and never had any problem.
