I only prefer accessories or office essentials. Those are always great quality. I’m not sure about anything else. One weird thing is that MiniInTheBoxFashionStyle plays music when you reopen it, that’s annoying.

Ok so I got MiniInTheBoxFashionStyle today and when I first got it it made me sign up witch is normal and then when I was trying to make a profile picture it kept saying an error accursed and it wouldn’t let me do a profile picture and then I tried to shop and I clicked on something and it automatically saved it to my cart without me even pressing it

I have ordered couple of things and I have never had a issue, it’s always the correct item and worth the wait. Been using for couple months and from the look of things I’ll b using it a lot more

MiniInTheBoxFashionStyle is great, however customer service is terrible. I’ve been shipped the wrong items a number of times and basically get told that it’s my problem that I received a wrong item. After the latest interaction all rewards points disappeared from my account as if in retaliation for requesting a replacement or refund.

I got a new puppy for my anniversary, she’s tiny. Shopping for cute little things were terrible expensive! Then I found you! I love it! I even gave your web site to my friends!

I am leaving a bad review because I have no other way to contact you about the problem I am having. I was attracted to your store because it offered “no shipping on orders over $25”, so I had created an order for $48 and change. When I went to pay for it, it went up to over $60 because there was a $15 shipping charge, it didn’t come off no matter what type of shipping I chose. Please contact me,

I accidentally found Miniin when I did a google search for a polarized lens for my iPhone. It is amazing all of the different items items you can purchase through them.

In my opinion I think 💭 that mini in the box is a great app for people on the go they have nice phone cases and more and I really enjoy MiniInTheBoxFashionStyle especially when I am bored and looking for something new

It’s my first time ordering and for me i keep wondering where my package is but it won’t let me see where my package is. Every time i tap the package tracking it always pops up a white screen?

I ordered a product it was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days, and weeks have passed I have no product and the refund I requested still hasn’t arrived. This is the 2nd time I have paid for something and had a problem. Not sure what’s up because they were awesome a few years ago. So order at your own risk and good luck!

I’ve ordered many many times with great results. Nice products. Today I discovered that my free shipping was changed to expedited shipping and more than doubled the total of the order. I immediately cancelled the order. But, the reply said it would take 24hrs for response. In the meantime PayPal has paid the order. So now I’m dealing with two parties. Very frustrating since there are no voices to speak to.

I place an order with this company then found the item elsewhere. I canceled the order before the item shipped or was even processed. They took the money from my account and after 8 back and forth messages with their customer service I still have no refund. They keep saying it will be refunded but still have not done so.

The Mini app works great for me.
It is very easy to navigate and actually fun to use. Works fast and I've never had even the slightest problem using MiniInTheBoxFashionStyle .

New gadgets and reasonable price, the only downside, is too long to wait for delivery.

I’m pleased but when I want to see a copy of my bill all I get is pictures

It took 1 month to get here then I set it up the remote didn’t work and it didn’t come with everything you need they worked for 5 minutes and they just stopped working there not flexible and they were just horrible LED LIGHTS don’t buy it it’s a waste of money

I ordered three cases and when it came time to ship it they took one off and didn’t give me a refund and when I ordered something else another case went out of stock and they said they were gonna refund me 3 dollars and took my order off even though I spent over 40 dollars

If I could Rate 0 Stars I would,Bad Customer Service, No response from Customer Service to help me identify wether or not my case is being delivered here... it was said I was supposed to receive my item 4-8 business days, nothing in the mail box,terrible business I want my money back

MiniInTheBoxFashionStyle is trash I cannot even view my orders without it telling me to log in overs and overs again and keeps bringing me to a page where it wants to have more info about me. I skip it then it logs me out but if I try doing it it’ll be here loading forever so I hate MiniInTheBoxFashionStyle never ordering here again

I have ordered from them many times and have always been impressed.

I ordered electronics 3 times from Mini in the Box. They are not the cheapest, but their goods usually have better quality than elsewhere, although sometimes they are counterfeit. Delivery is fast (within a week) if the order is more than $50.

Regarding MiniInTheBoxFashionStyle itself: browsing and purchasing screens are good. Customer service tickets do not display correctly.

This is the best place to shop, I will definitely come back here for my next order.

I just placed order everything said free shipping when in 24 hours but when I went to pay it it said only free shipping in 10+ days so giving 3 stars right now

I recommend that nobody order on MiniInTheBoxFashionStyle, the delivery time is a lie, say a week and it takes more than a month to get the order, send the sizes they want and don’t send the complete orders and if that was not enough they don't return the money from things that do not send! bad service :/

MiniInTheBoxFashionStyle and company used to by good now they charge 50% more that before. Before there was free shipping now there isn’t. I was there customer for a long time. Not any longer. I don’t see the point of paying more than what I would pay in my local store.

As good as MiniInTheBoxFashionStyle is I am disappointed that it doesn’t work in iPad mode

I ordered items at 7th of this month today is 21 and the order is still processing I understand that it states processing time is 4-5 but not 2 whole weeks I issued ticket no response I wanna have the items but this is too much I can’t trust if I can order for Black Friday offers
