I turned on the anti-loss notifications for when I’m away from my keys, then realized I didn’t want to be alerted every time I walked out of the room with my keys in it. I turned them off, yet I STILL receive alerts — there’s no notification, just a ridiculously annoying beeping noise and vibration. I’m currently in my bedroom and my keys are in the living room, so every time I move my phone too far from the keys it goes off. Also, even if my phone is in silent mode, it STILL plays an alert tone. I didn’t want to deal with these frequent unwanted alerts anymore, so I uninstalled Nut . The reason I am rating it one star is because of Nut , not the product. Although the finding part is great, there are other key finding squares just like this one; the issue is not with the product, it’s with Nut itself. Also, I never write reviews, but the annoyance drove me to write this one.

I too often misplace things but the space between distances is too short and having this thing with its high pitched ding constantly going off is too annoying.
Also I can’t even close Nut when I’m on my iPhone. This seems like a new glitch and I’m done. I would not recommend this item.

It’s very convenient for finding lost keys. I was hoping the anti-loss feature that alerts you if you leave your phone behind would be great too, but it disconnects too often and the this app sounds it’s alarm at very inconvenient times. I bought it because I often misplace or leave my phone behind and the concept of having my keys alert me when I leave my phone sounded life changing.
But it doesn’t work very well. The this app goes off whenever they disconnect. I can have my phone and my keys in the same pocket and the this app alarm will go off because the Bluetooth disconnected. There is no way to silence it, so you just have to endure its high pitched beeping for 5 seconds.
Also the silent-mode geofence doesn’t work very well. I set up a geofence for my work and it still goes off a few times a day. I have to keep it in find mode, which disables the anti-loss mode, to keep it quiet while I’m at work.

Had this about a year and a half. It works ok, you have leave Nut open all the time to be able to ping the phone from the keys and that drains the battery. It’s not super bad at draining the battery but definitely effects it.

Today I was trying to beep the phone from the keys and it wasn’t making any noise. I checked and the mute phone key was not switched on but it turns out the phone volume was all the way down. I was disappointed to find that Nut couldn’t adjust the volume on its own.

Needs a bit of work for effective use on pets. Beau knows when I call it means I want to give him a treat!
Then he takes off. Disconnects then he comes back sits on lap and message asks if I want to declare lost! But it would great on my wife’s phone as an app to find her phone. We just have to find cat to push button to find phone!

Friendly user interface, easy to use. But GPS not giving accurate location and alert function sometimes rings even the pet is still in my 100 meter radius setting in Silent Area. I want to set up under 50 m radius but it doesn’t have that distance. The lowest radius is 100 m and that is way of too far.

I keep getting alarms on the phone when I walk away from the this app at home and work. Used to work.

I’ve only used the this app for a week or so, but knowing I can find my phone now without booting up my computer is a relief. And to know that if I walk out of the house without. My phone and the this app will remind me to go get it is Heaven sent!

Once I realized it wasn’t “going off” for no reason, I name to love this little gadget.

I may have to buy a few more, for my purse and laptop! ❤️

I’ve tested it in various situations & it works well. My major complaint is that, even if you set your iPhone to silent mode, this app beeps every time it disconnects & reconnects. This is irritating if you deliberately leave your wallet in the car want to go nearby. this app should have a vibrating mode. It even does this inside my house (the silent area), although maybe this new update will fix this.

Best solution for consistent separation notifications. I’ve tried all the others. My only peeve is my tracker list is in order from last tracker added on top. I can’t sort it to where my most important trackers are on top without having to delete and re-add devices.

Best money spent in a long time

I have been using it for one year. I love it. No longer worried about losing my keys. Even when I walk away, I receive a message left behind. Thank you.

I always lose my truck key for some reason and to have this product eases my mind. It works well with a map and a alert sound, this is what EVERYONE NEEDS!

Like most computer type things you have to read instructions. Computers are so literal. Once I followed instructions it worked great!

After losing a number of items I looked into location tags such as Tile and others. I settled on this app and gave had it for a few years. It gas a replaceable battery and have had to reppace it about once a year.

I had a similar key finder but it went dead and there was no way to replace the battery. I bought the NUT3 and it has already helped me find my phone. Replaceable battery is awesome and there are so many options to set it up. So far 5 stars. I will update this post after I have used it for a while. Great price for the features!

I got the this app because the other anti loss device had to be replaced when the battery was drained. So I love the this app because after a year or so you can change the battery. Nut takes a little getting use to. But after a hour or so you are up and running. I wish more people would look into the this app. Because it is a great little inexpensive device.

I’ve owed and tried all the trackers (Tile, Chipotle, iHere, TrackR, etc) and this one is by far the best. One of the great things is the Silent Zone. You can create as many as you wish and it keeps the separation alarm from going off when your this app and iPhone lose connection in that WiFi area. Where you are saved is once you pull out of the driveway and your iPhone loses your WiFi and picks up just a cell signal then it will let you know if you’ve left a this app behind (like a wallet).

The this app was a gift from my girlfriend, who knows how often I lose my keys and phone. It has simplified my life and I use it every day. I set safe zones in my house (and hers) and my office at work so I won’t get separation alerts. They seem to have thought out Nut very well. It even eventually found my keys in my girlfriend’s garden where she had left them when it was a good 60 feet away from the house in the dark (using the “declare lost” feature). The batteries last at least six months. I would definitely buy another if this one broke.

I love this. It’s easy to set up and use. However i do not recommend it for over zealous dogs. I put it on my 1 yr oldhusky mix and it did not last 3 hours. Lol. My dogs ripped it off the dollar and chewed it up completely. All that is left is a little piece of plastic. But my other dog still has it. She’s calm and sweet. So it’s good for small or large dogs who are calm and not running around like they got rabies. Lol. I still gave it 5 stars because it works. I like also that you can change the tones. And connected to Siri👌

I never imagined that have such a good product can be used for me, my memory is not good, so I often forget a lot of small important items, since I've been using this product, my situation becomes better, I don't have to worry about I will forget about the location of the other things ‌​ ‌ ‌ 

This device works great and does everything it says. use it to find your phone or use your phone to find whatever it is attached to.  ‍
