I have downloaded course to watch offline. and it show that already downloaded in download page on IPhone app. this message always comes when I open the course "something's not right try again in a few minutes" i tried after many hours and days and same message comes to me. I can't watch downloaded course on IOS Coursera App? how can to fix this problem?

I downloaded a course to watch offline and I faced this message " something's not right try again in a few minutes" I can't watch any lesson video which already downloaded to be offline.

Three problems on iPad— -Trouble logging in with correct password. Doesn’t say wrong password, but nothing happens! -when I do finally manage to log in (by going indirectly, through a link in an email from you guys), I get a message that I’m not enrolled in any classes (even though I am, through the same email address, as evidenced by the fact that when I search for the course, I’m told that my status is Enrolled) - no audio!

How to fix Coursera app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Coursera app on iPhone
Update Coursera app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Coursera iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Coursera on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Coursera network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Coursera Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Coursera not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Coursera App
1. On android, goto Settings » Coursera » click [Force Stop]

Update Coursera to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Coursera App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Coursera » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Coursera.

Fix Coursera unable to contact server/ Coursera internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Coursera » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Coursera » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Coursera
