Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever RTM app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix RTM app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RTM app on iPhone
Update RTM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RTM iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RTM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RTM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

RTM Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RTM not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RTM app issues:

Force Stop the RTM App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RTM app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RTM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RTM App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RTM app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RTM.

Fix RTM unable to contact server/ RTM internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RTM » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RTM » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RTM on android.
