The UI feels super old, and its annoying that I have to “Register my device” literally every time I open the app. I’ve had to have “registered” my phone over 20 times in the past month already.

You all need to fix this app. Always having to delete and reload several times a week. Thats ridiculous!

When I first downloaded the app it was fair and worked, but maybe due to saving money, the IT department decided to hire a high school kid to maintain it. Who knows? As a retired IT professional I find the app extremely substandard. The last 3 times I tried to use it. It locked my account on the first try. Each time I had to drive to the credit union to unlock it. The 1st time I figured it was just a bug due to poor and insufficient knowledge of testing. It happens. A few months later and again it happened. Ok when you lack inexperience people you have a lot of bugs in their work , they couldn’t get to it. A few months later again. This make the app unusable I would not recommend using it at all. Use the website instead. For me if this is the quality of their IT department, I am thinking of switching to another institution that has professional taking care of my money and transactions.
