Apparently EatEasy doesn’t limit user options to restaurants that will actually deliver to your area of residence. Multiple times I have had restaurants reject my order because they don’t want to drive 20 minutes to my apartment. Well then, you’re not really offering delivery service and shouldn’t list your restaurant on an app and EatEasy shouldn’t let these restaurants list on their platform either. 20 minutes isn’t that far. Ridiculous. Then, it takes 2-3 business days to get your money back after the restaurant rejects your order. Awesome.

The first page shows 50% off on first order.
I download EatEasy opened created account. And it also shows in EatEasy the restaurant I intended to order from. So I go through the menu and at checkout. It seems that the discount is capped to Aed 20!!! Huge waste of time.
To easyorder you are supposed to recruit people not give them a disappointing experience.
There are too many options to name here, if this is the first experience what did you leave for later?

I Called in customer service to deal with restaurant that I order for launch. Customer support did not assist me instead ask restaurant to me. I already talked to restaurant and they asked me to call eateasily. Such a mess. Order main course apparently it doesn’t come with rice or bread. Which is ok only if it was mention on website. So then people can place side order. Rauchi and Eat Easily such a shame on you guys

My order was not delivered after I made online payment. It was cancelled and nobody picked up the phone or got back. Hope you will refund my money.

Took 1:30 hours to get an order delivered. Tried online chat but very little help. A lot of competition out there so I most likely will go with another app.

The service is bad, ur ppl don't ans the phone, I ordered the food it should take 60 mins but 1 hour 20 mins and still my food was not ready they told it will take more 20 mins after that I cancel and ordered from other site thx

Worst delivery service ever, when I ordered they told me 70 minutes.. I waited 90 and called and they said the order is under preparation, so if you are willing to get your food in 2 hours.. U can order from them.. I also suggest they change the name to eat hard or don't eat instead of eat easily.. Baaaaaaaaaaaad

Easy and troublefree

App is functional but can only use it for UAE and has some UI glitches. Needs some polish.

Been using it for a little over a year and it's brilliant. I Love it! I only wish they'd add some of the well known big restaurants out there.
