Seems can’t download it in france. Any reason ?

Hello, for more than a month, I don't succeed to enter into the App on my phone, so I can't exercise. I wrote you various mails to ask for help, but no answer from you. And still, I saw a 209.90 shekels Glasses Off debit on my credit card!!! I am very angry, I ask for a compensation and above all I request that you solve urgently this problem in order that I can practice my exercices.

I used to subscribe and tried logging on today but the app doesn’t open? I am UK based does that make a difference? Do I just need to start a new account? Thanks Colin
