How to fix Gratitude app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gratitude app on iPhone
Update Gratitude app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gratitude iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gratitude on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gratitude network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Gratitude Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Gratitude not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Gratitude App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gratitude » click [Force Stop]

Update Gratitude to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gratitude App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gratitude » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gratitude.

Fix Gratitude unable to contact server/ Gratitude internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gratitude » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gratitude » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gratitude
