I paid for one year ans it doesn't work! How can i do?
Your app is not letting me in. Please return the money I have paid.
Hello. I paid for my glassesoff for one year and I cannot use that. It does not work for me. I sent you many messages and you never respond. Why you charged my credit card if you do not let me use that.

If in-app purchases means that you can't keep doing the exercises after the first week unless you sign up for a monthly plan, then I guess it's not a lie. I hate apps that do this. Also it's more like a game than something actually helpful for your eyes. I'm not sure how focusing on a tiny spot on a lit screen right in front of you could help you read without glasses. My eye sight actually got worse every day I used this app. I wasn't really expecting that but in my search for how to get out of subscribing I ran into graphs showing improvements. My eyes were worse a lot worse considering the time span, although my brain functioning had improved. Definitely causes eye strain and headaches. It's fun, but only for a week.

Licensed Optician here with 20 years of experience.
Between the ages of 35-40 the lenses in your eyes begin to harden, making it more difficult for the muscles in your eyes to focus on things that are between 18-36 inches away. It’s a condition called presbyopia, which means “old eyes.” It is natural and inevitable. Near-sighted persons will notice it later, and may simply take their glasses off to read. Emmetropes (people who don’t need glasses for distance) and Far-sighted people (like me) notice it earlier, and have no choice but to wear corrective lenses.
There is no exercise that will improve your eyesight. Visual conditions are caused by the shape of your cornea, whether your eye focuses light in front of or behind the retina, and age. LASIK, glasses and contacts are the only option.
Do not fall for this app. The developer thinks you can be fooled into paying them $120 a year for discredited eye exercises. If there were any validity to this practice, doctors and scientists everywhere would recommend it to you.

It was okay for nearly two weeks, and then the audio went out. Customer Service wrote me (duh) to check the volume on my iPad, although I had told them the audio on all my other apps was working fine. Then they advised deleting, reinstalling and logging on so that I wouldn’t lose the 13 training sessions I had completed. But the app claimed my log on email address “did not exist,” and I should contact customer support. They eventually confirmed that my email was indeed registered, but the app continued not to let me log on. Rinse, lather, repeat. Crickets from customer support. I canceled.
