I’m trying to download my three TSO tickets. FISERV app keeps crashing for me. I can’t get past photo of Giannis. I have an iPhone 14 Ptomax. My cell # is 920-716-5123. Can I have someone pick personally up my tickets at FISERV?

When I go to open the Bucks App I cannot open it. I'm receiving a message...Bucks Keeps Stopping. I cannot open the app and have tickets for the 6:20 game. Help.
