- Searching for a location will place the camera at a random location in the Atlantic under Africa

- Clicking on a location marked in another angler’s post will send to you to the same exact spot

- Lack of customer service

- Feed is broken and shows mostly old posts

How to fix Fishbrain app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fishbrain app on iPhone
Update Fishbrain app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fishbrain iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fishbrain on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fishbrain network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fishbrain Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fishbrain not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fishbrain App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fishbrain » click [Force Stop]

Update Fishbrain to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fishbrain App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fishbrain » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fishbrain.

Fix Fishbrain unable to contact server/ Fishbrain internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fishbrain » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fishbrain » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fishbrain
