Cookie Jam Status

Loud random background music keeps kicking in. Drowns out anything else playing. It is not the standard game play sounds or tracks. Those have been turned off and muted. Have reinstalled, cleared cache, force stopped and nothing is working. Keeps coming back. Sometimes right away other times after a short time

Cannot get past update pages my tablet old does not have space to update anyway ...

My game said I had to log in with facebook and I never had to do that before. when it says cancel or continue I say cancel and it locks up.

Lately the site has been so slow. You can move your mouse to move the different colored pieces and it's like it has jet lag. Slooooooow. Irritating and I love the game.

Cookie Jam is very slow to load. When it does eventually load, the moves are all jittery and moves take a while to move. I have been in contact with the network, and they are saying not a problem. What is going on?? It is taking well over 5 minutes to load and just a nightmare to try and play. Can someone please help me

Since I updated cookie jam about 2-3 weeks ago it is not working the way it was..When I click on free shot it starts with the ad and then goes back to starting the game..Same happens when you try to get the 5 free shots..

Hi, my cookie jam image when I play, is jerky. I have to repeat a move a few times before I get a reaction.

I cannot move to the next level. I am on level 6702. I get the message cannot connect to the server. I can spend the wheel. But I cannot get into the corner settings such as sound or Facebook.

Cookie jam blast opens to the map, I'm on level 2579, but it just sits there. None of the border icons are there. Cannot do anything with it.

Cookie jam blast will only open in landscape mode and will not rotate..cookie jam did the same thing and I was told to delete it and then put it back on..that’s fine except for the fact I lost everything on it..I had played it for years and then it went back to me starting all over…so irritating..I haven’t played that one since!! I don’t want that to happen to this game..so how do I get it to rotate on screen again?

At first the game would not even download. I thought the problem was solved cause it allowed me to play 1 level and then it just shuts down. I haven’t actually been able to play this game for at least 3-4 weeks and it drives me crazy cause it’s my favorite game, but I’m sick of all the glitches in it. This is like the 3rd time I’ve had the game shut down on me.

This morning once’s again cookie jam blast.when I open it it took all my rewards for playing ever day and made me start over I played yesterday . Checked in this now it’s getting old.

Every time I try to pull up Cookie Jam in Face Book the screen talking about the Family Feud game pops up and there is no way to exit this page to get into the Cookie Jam game itself. If you click on continue a page explaining the game comes up because the continue takes you to your site. If you exit out of that page you still can't continue on to game play you just keep getting sent back to the mother site
