How to fix IndiGo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the IndiGo app on iPhone
Update IndiGo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall IndiGo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix IndiGo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve IndiGo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

IndiGo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix IndiGo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the IndiGo App
1. On android, goto Settings » IndiGo » click [Force Stop]

Update IndiGo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear IndiGo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » IndiGo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart IndiGo.

Fix IndiGo unable to contact server/ IndiGo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click IndiGo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto IndiGo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch IndiGo
