Çiçeksepeti needs to work in english too

My husband doesn’t know Turkish so he wanted to use that app with another language options as an English or Spanish but he couldn’t use neither of them because app is only in Turkish. I couldn’t get my valentine’s gift this year 😢

Lots of petals falling off as soon as they arrived. They had clearly cut dead one off and left the stalks.

I was using Çiçeksepeti more then a 3 years. Still they do not have any live help. I think when they are growing up they are forgetting professionalism.

It’s so frustrating when you are serving millions of people on your store but there is no multiple language option. It’s not only Turkish people buying items on the store. Please try and add English language option. Thank you.

I only used them twice and both experiences was a disaster. Orders never arrived on time, at best the next day.

I do order through Çiçeksepeti many times and I do struggle to translate from Turkish to English and sometimes I just get frustrated and I give up and choose other means of ordering. Please add English as a second language so I and many other people don’t see the need to use other services

Please provide a settings menu and an option to choose English as a language , also it would be nice if we can choose multiple flowers to purchase in a single payment
