My emails are not coming thru I have to log in and out every 15 minutes, this program. has gotten really bad as I have been with them since 2016 , what is happening. ??

Emails are not being delivered in their usual efficient manner via the Newton email platform. I have reloaded several of my accounts and cleared the cache. I am using a Samsung Z Fold 3 and have checked that my subscription is up to date. Please can you assist. Kind regards Charles Burchhardt
