Mobifone appears to intend to collect money without providing service through MyMobiFone. I send money, I get a text message saying my account balance has changed, and then in 2 minutes to an hour I get another text message saying my account balance has gone to zero. It happens again and again, even though I have hardly used the phone.

You’d think MyMobiFone would show me what’s going on. You’d think it would show me a record of data used, or fees charged. But it shows me nothing. Just that I paid 600,000 VND today, and my current balance is 0 VND.

This application is usually error at night. It happens almost everyday.

We couldn't login and use the service.

Been trying to activate MyMobiFone since yesterday…tried numerous time and kept showing system error, try again later. And eventually pops out a 10 minute waiting time to utilise MyMobiFone . Can you guys do something about it? If not how can a consumer uses MyMobiFone to monitor and top up credit as and when required?

Ap is useless for travelers speaking English. Web site allows switching but the text never changes. Frustrating.

This is not the first time MyMobiFone crash after update. Look like they didn’t test carefully when release new version.

Mobifone customer support is useless, not helpful, the super app is a super failure that does what?

Looks like a uni student puked on my phone screen instead of a well designed app that takes into consideration what a customer may need. This isn’t the first time. Remember MobiNext?

Mobifone is not recommended.

Customers deserve better and there are more customer centric companies in Vietnam like Vinaphone.

Delete MyMobiFone and delete Mobifone.

I guess the main purpose of MyMobiFone is for Online Payment? App is full of errors, bugs
1. App unable to make payment or payment by bank card.
2. Unable to clearly reflect monthly/history payment.
3. Whenever you have a problem with your sim card, MyMobiFone doesn’t show any problem status of your service.

So you go back to the traditional method of calling Mobifone Service, and i really do not know what purpose MyMobiFone is serving for Mobifone?…

I rate it 1 star for 1 reason. Turn off notifications and they turn it back on. They harass you with notifications all day and SMS all day. If you block them or one of their companies they have sold your number to, it will automatically unblock. I have written to Apple about this to see if it’s against their app policy or their messaging policy.

You should not use the GUS Roaming services. It’s extremely slow and most of the time out of services even though I have 4G SIM and do all the instructions of setting all roaming service and register for the Volte.

The chatbot Beta is only in Vietnamese and when I called customer service, there is only a Vietnamese option. Also, for some reason it is not accepting my debit card, and when I try to log on via a web browser instead of MyMobiFone , the site says my number isn’t registered.
