I purchased a Mobifone SIM card on 16 March 2024 in one of the mobile phone SIM cards stands at Noi Bai airport. I was told at the stand that it is a 1 month contract for 180 GBs and 100 free minutes. It cost 240 000 VND, which I paid for in cash. The assistant at the stand took the SIM card out of it's package, fixed it in my phone and activated it for me (on 16 March 2024). My monthly plan is for TK 159 customers, but Mobifone customer service member said today on the phone that my number is TK 135 plan and it was activated on 12 March. According to my plan, which I paid 240 000 VND, I have 4 more days to use an internet, but my internet got cut off today at 10.17 am. I called Mobifone on 9393 for help and was told to write an email about the issue and send proof of purchase and other details. It took me some time to send the email, as I had a problem attaching the copies of the requested information. When I finally managed to send an email to the address given by the Mobifone customer service member I received a notification about the email failure. This has been a very stressful experience for me. I should not be having this, when I pay money for the service. It's very disappointing.

Mobifone appears to intend to collect money without providing service through this app. I send money, I get a text message saying my account balance has changed, and then in 2 minutes to an hour I get another text message saying my account balance has gone to zero. It happens again and again, even though I have hardly used the phone.
You’d think this app would show me what’s going on. You’d think it would show me a record of data used, or fees charged. But it shows me nothing. Just that I paid 600,000 VND today, and my current balance is 0 VND.

I rate it 1 star for 1 reason. Turn off notifications and they turn it back on. They harass you with notifications all day and SMS all day. If you block them or one of their companies they have sold your number to, it will automatically unblock. I have written to Apple about this to see if it’s against their app policy or their messaging policy.

I guess the main purpose of the app is for Online Payment? App is full of errors, bugs
1. App unable to make payment or payment by bank card.
2. Unable to clearly reflect monthly/history payment.
3. Whenever you have a problem with your sim card, the app doesn’t show any problem status of your service.
So you go back to the traditional method of calling Mobifone Service, and i really do not know what purpose this app is serving for Mobifone?…
