My stuff got deleted I tried going into the app and it said I ha e to delete history and I did t want that but it would go back to my home screen then I pressed ok and I have nothing... history gone, I don't remember which account I used to login with

How to fix Moodflow app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Moodflow app on iPhone
Update Moodflow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Moodflow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Moodflow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Moodflow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Moodflow Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Moodflow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Moodflow App
1. On android, goto Settings » Moodflow » click [Force Stop]

Update Moodflow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Moodflow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Moodflow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Moodflow.

Fix Moodflow unable to contact server/ Moodflow internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Moodflow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Moodflow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Moodflow
