Hive app will not update the schedule. Just keep seeing the whirling circle when try to save. Utter rubbish this has happened far too many times to count. Last year and now this year. I miss my old thermostat, you know the change the schedule on the programme in the wall and bingo... done.

I am not getting notifications on my iphone anymore for my door sensors. It has stopped working for both my husband and myself. We have checked settings on both the Hive app and our phones but still neither of us get a notification. You have to go on to the actual app and check but this defeats the purpose.

We use a Hive programmable room thermostat Model RF316/22560 (Battery powered). It was fitted by a BG engineer years ago and has always worked well either manually or , as is normally the case by using the app on our mobile phones.. However it has become necessary to uninstall the Hive, and redownload it almost every time we use it! The problem occurs when the screen refers to 2 part authentication and then it doesn't matter which selection you make just refers back to the original screen. I have tried to look at the account details but again the app does nothing. I appreciate the app has evolved since its purchase but due to ongoing health issues we really need it to work for us. Hive Camera app has not been working for about 6 days! Chatted online to complain about this 5 days ago and was told that there was a known issue with the app. My app “cannot connect to the server”. Surely it about time this fault was rectified or the server was changed! Three expensive cameras cannot be used properly! I am beginning to feel that this a deliberate ploy to get users to upgrade to the more modern and more expensive cameras on sale that do not use the “Hive Camera App”.

Hive camera app not working after latest IOS update. Cannot connect to server is the message. Uninstalled app and reinstalled. Rebooted hive hub. Rebooted router. 3 cameras with blue light. Hive hub working ok for heating and hot water. Frustrated !
