Hive Status

Since the app was updated last month it keeps freezing on both phones.. 1 new Samsung. And 1 huawei. Have to close app and reopen Every time

App keeps removing all my devices

Last few days having trouble connecting. It will connect after 5-10 minutes. Computer etc working fine with internet. Also seems to switch between 'manual' and 'schedule' on its own. Should I delete app and re-install?

The central heating on zone 1 is red and states ‘zone 1 error’. Heating still comes on as timed, and boost works. What does this mean ?

Hi, Hive not calling for either heating or hot water on the schedule, no lights on but the boiler is still on called for by the hot water cylinder!

Hi, I can turn on and make changes to the Hive app but once the heating is on I can’t turn it off or make adjustments. Is this a known problem?

Hive app will not update the schedule. Just keep seeing the whirling circle when try to save. Utter rubbish this has happened far too many times to count. Last year and now this year. I miss my old thermostat, you know the change the schedule on the programme in the wall and bingo... done.

Trying to get the app to "pair" with Alexa . .Everytime the Hive app asks me to log in and then locks my account on the App . having disabilities and the keyboard on the phone is small , but have correctly entered so many times . I feel that I do have to complain

I’ve been having issues with the hive heating since 15th September - so far I have had a replacement thermostat.receiver and 2 boosters and still nothing is pairing ? App freezing every time I try to use it, have to uninstall/re-install every time.

I am not getting notifications on my iphone anymore for my door sensors. It has stopped working for both my husband and myself. We have checked settings on both the Hive app and our phones but still neither of us get a notification. You have to go on to the actual app and check but this defeats the purpose.

Most times I log into the app I cant' get access without rebooting my phone. All other apps work fine ?

We use a Hive programmable room thermostat Model RF316/22560 (Battery powered). It was fitted by a BG engineer years ago and has always worked well either manually or , as is normally the case by using the app on our mobile phones.. However it has become necessary to uninstall the Hive, and redownload it almost every time we use it! The problem occurs when the screen refers to 2 part authentication and then it doesn't matter which selection you make just refers back to the original screen. I have tried to look at the account details but again the app does nothing. I appreciate the app has evolved since its purchase but due to ongoing health issues we really need it to work for us. Unable to change the schedule on the app. It will not save.

Hive app no longer loads on my Android phone. After logging in it goes back to phone home screen. It is still running in the background but when you bring it up it loops back to phone home screen. May have occurred when my phone updated to Android 12...

Hive Camera App won’t log in… blue light on all three cameras… “network issues”. 😡….. not at my end…. They still sell these cameras…. I hope they pull their finger out soon.

Hive Camera app has not been working for about 6 days! Chatted online to complain about this 5 days ago and was told that there was a known issue with the app. My app “cannot connect to the server”. Surely it about time this fault was rectified or the server was changed! Three expensive cameras cannot be used properly! I am beginning to feel that this a deliberate ploy to get users to upgrade to the more modern and more expensive cameras on sale that do not use the “Hive Camera App”.

My hive camera app doesn’t work, and hasn’t worked for about a week I get a message “”Can not connect to the the server, check network connection” I’ve deleted and reinstalled loads of times. . . . . . . Is this down to the latest iOS update or is the fault at Hive. Very frustrating.

The app for my old hive camera says cannot connect to the server & to check the internet connection, well I can connect to my hive heating , so there’s something wrong at your end, please explain what’s happening

hive camera app not connecting. reset Hive hub and thats ok as heating working via app. Initial camera app said not connecting to server but now says unable to verify login details. yet i can sign into heating app.

3rd day of app not working, saying it’s a network connection issue. All connections are working!!!
