this happened about a year ago but I was trying to pay for something when I thought the person had a business account and they stole my money. Cash app kept saying they don’t do business but yet the button to change an account to business is right there.

How to fix Cash App app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cash App app on iPhone
Update Cash App app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cash App iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cash App on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cash App network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cash App Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cash App not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cash App App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cash App » click [Force Stop]

Update Cash App to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cash App App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cash App » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cash App.

Fix Cash App unable to contact server/ Cash App internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cash App » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cash App » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cash App
