How to fix AliSupplier app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AliSupplier app on iPhone
Update AliSupplier app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AliSupplier iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AliSupplier on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AliSupplier network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix AliSupplier not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AliSupplier App
1. On android, goto Settings » AliSupplier » click [Force Stop]

Update AliSupplier to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AliSupplier App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AliSupplier » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AliSupplier.

Fix AliSupplier unable to contact server/ AliSupplier internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AliSupplier » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AliSupplier » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
