hello clapper team I'm having a trouble signing in to make a clapper account, I'm trying to make a new one because someone deleted my account without my permission. Whenever I try to sign up it always says "something went wrong"I hope you can help me with this matter.

I can't upload a video as when I try to upload it's stuck on 40 percent for hours

Can’t see Live of people I follow that are actually live. It says “Zero Live” all the time. I can go into my list of people I follow and click them one at a time and if they’re live, it will show up. Also browsing random Lives, it only shows Lives of elderly men sleeping.

I deleted my account before. But now I want to start a new one since you can't bring back old accounts. The problem is it recognizes my phone number and won't let me sign or move forward.

The clapper app doesn’t show who is live. And suddenly all live content has change to bother categories

Clapper wont let me see the people that im following live streams. It always says zero live streams when i go to following and i know that some of them are streaming It also changed who it shows me on the regular live streams page

Video won't upload, consitent failure, even 15 second videos won't upload. Only 2 video successful lost count at how many attempts. My first video recieved 29k views and 800 plus likes, this app shows you can go viral if you can even get it to work.

I keep on sending emails I'm being ignored go look at my videos for my account they are lagging which is very frustrating. Also I never got an answer over Ukraine a playlist.

Won’t let me click on people I’m following that are live. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled. Didn’t fix issue.

I am unable to upload more photos or videos to create more content. I made my first video and posted it and it wont allow me to select more vids/photos from my phone/photo album. What am I doing wrong or is there a setting? My account is barn_again

Your account has joined live/radio video in other devices. In I don’t have other thing but my phone

I have an Android phone, Samsung Galaxy S23 and when I try to go live, the quality is really bad. When I make videos, it is okay, but when i try to go live, its horrible.

All audio is delayed by half a second. It does fluctuate up and down as to the length but changing to a new video doesn't seem to stop the audio until after almost a second passes. I do not understand this they're supposed to be hard coded together so I don't get it

The lives immediately freeze and never unfreeze. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling with no luck

Anytime someone tips it freezes the app. This includes and not limited to typing a message, scrolling to next creator, exiting the live, and tipping. I'm currently using a Samsung phone for using the app.

I am unable to login to my account. It continues to say "You already have an account registered on this device, login to current account." That's exactly what I'm trying to do and it won't let me do anything.

Can't upload videos ... Just times out

After all this time the app is still rather janky.. the uploads fail at least 50% of the time.. have to save in smaller & smaller file sizes. Can't upload from a pc or anything... Under the hood this is like an app from 2010 or something. Not the best interface at all. Youtube is still the king for that.. it just works.

my clapper was working fine yesterday morning but since yesterday afternoon its not working. i can not go live or access any other lives i cant post and my videos are only visible to me. my friend said he has the same issue
