CallTrackingMetrics Call App allows you to manage the inbound phone calls coming from all of your advertising channels. Each phone call coming in through your marketing channels immediately appears in the app. Your team will have access to caller data including the source and keyword of each call. You are also able to add notes and tags for each caller as well as review the recordings of all incoming calls through your tracking numbers. All of the latest stats for each of your advertisements are available through the app and you can easily switch between multiple accounts. Agents can make and receive phone calls from within the App as well as score and review calls.

Great product and service
If you know anything about CTM and all that they do, then you’ll understand how great this app is. The app is just as intuitive as the desktop version. So when you’re out or in a meeting, just not able to get to your computer - having the app lets you monitor, make changes, and take care of your business on the go. Thank you CTM!

Awesome!
I switched to this company back in January 2018 because I heard the app was coming. All I can say is I’m glad I did. Being able to track all my inbound calls from all my tracking numbers from my phone vs my computer gives me freedom! Thanks guys!

Waste of time and money
This app is trash! Very trashy! I downloaded it and it’s asking me to sign in with my email whiles I don’t even have any account with them, there’s no option for you to signup. Apple should get this off AppStore
