Get Pricing Info for BandcampI purchased a cd thru Marty Stuart's site on July 6 2023 & have heard nothing. I have e-mailed numerous times & no response. The cd i ordered was his guitarists Kenny Vaughan V. Could you please look into this matter for me. Thanks Craig McIntosh !
Please filter your purchase nag messages. I have purchased hundreds of pieces from many different artists and the last thing I want to continually see is a nag "it is time to purchase" if I decide to listen to something a half dozen times before deciding. I think I've earned that much consideration.

Can't get download having just purchased album.
I have wasted a half an hour trying to get a real voice and brain to help me with my problem. I was even directed to go to PayPal and pay a dollar to talk to someone and fifty dollars for a subscription. I never was able to talk to anyone. The problem I called with is I need to download my library all over again. There is a problem. With over 200 positions I started with the first one. After the download I didn't find myself ready to download the next position, instead I was back at my latest purchase and had to scroll all the way down again and find the next position. It doesn't help that the last 20 or 30 positions are separated by from the rest. Is there some way to have to give a command to download all of them at once?
Having several issues, all of which are not address in there FAQ robot. I created a fan page that looks great. But no matter what I do, even following bandcamps FAQs and tutorials, Every way I try to get a link to my fan page, the link always goes to a fan page that includes "my" profile and editing abilities!
PayPal takes half of everyone’s money these days. So now you’re cheating artist out of half of their earrings. You do know that don’t you? This is unacceptable. Direct deposit Venmo and nothing else work these days. I closed my PayPal account because of this. This undermines the fundamental idea of Bandcamp. This must change. I already get 5.50 out of 7 for a sale from you fee. Ok good service. Take PayPal’s cut out and I got 2 dollars out of 7. How is this ok? Do you not know this?

Bandcamp is awesome, but the mobile and tablet apps are horrible with a poorly designed user interface. Accessing my collection is not intuitive or easy. If I buy music I want to easily access the music I own and scroll through it by artist, by album, and by song. Right now I have to search for something, click my collection and I can only scroll through something related to the search. I want to be able to scroll through my entire collection.
I want to purchase music and merch from the bands I love and the bands that I am discovering, this is why I love Bandcamp. So why not design an app that can enhance this platform and enhance my enjoyment of these artists?
This app needs easy scrolling and searching of each person’s collection.
One should be able to scroll through artists, albums, and songs.
On should also be able to scroll through the order in which the music was purchased.
One should also be able to scroll through the order in which the music was released by the artists.
And why do some artists have multiple pages? There needs to be well ordered discographies. When I discover a band I want to see everything that they have released.
Bandcamp: awesome for the bands, but it just needs to be a little bit better for the fans.

I am a bandcamp artist, I would gladly pay a little more to be one of it meant that this could be a viable app in 2018. The inability to buy things is silly. The search is wonky. The inability to store purchases offline means I don’t often use it because I don’t want to eat up data. As an artist, it is increasingly frustrating to point potential fans to bandcamp because it’s interface is so foreign to people that are used to the other streaming services. In terms of desktop, I have the same distribution as most “big name” artists. When it comes to mobile (which is how people are going to attempt to search for me mid show and listen to me on the way home), it’s not super useful. Again: I LOVE bandcamp. I use this app about once a month, as opposed to other services which I use several times daily.

When I signed up I had a specific band in mind that I was going to subscribe to. It took me actually going to the bands website to find the link to pay for my subscription. I added my cc info on the app and then had to re-enter it when signing up thru the bands website, which raises the question: Why does the app need my cc info? And why not have the subscription link on the bands page with the “follow” button? It seems to me that this would actually deter subscribers without an easier access to the service.
I have seen and am very familiar with a friends account to reference my next two claims: the catalog listing is ridiculously inconsistent. The shows that are in my current catalog are in completely different order than my friends, leaving me searching for a needle in a haystack searching for the newest additions. It also looks like they are some missing. So where are they?
The particular band that I subscribe to has 22 years of soundboards and they have been uploading one (sometimes two at a time) every few days since the pandemic started. That’s almost a year of older soundboards being uploaded- all from different time periods- every few days. Now, it’s all a mess. Even recent soundboards from 2019 of multiple-night runs are out of order and not placed together. It’s like someone just threw them all in a bag, shook it up, dumped it out and walked away.
