How to fix Stromer OMNI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Stromer OMNI app on iPhone
Update Stromer OMNI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Stromer OMNI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Stromer OMNI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Stromer OMNI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Stromer OMNI Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Stromer OMNI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Stromer OMNI App
1. On android, goto Settings » Stromer OMNI » click [Force Stop]

Update Stromer OMNI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Stromer OMNI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Stromer OMNI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Stromer OMNI.

Fix Stromer OMNI unable to contact server/ Stromer OMNI internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Stromer OMNI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Stromer OMNI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
