Have long used the prior version without issue even though my VON is always active on my phone. Tried this new version and couldn’t get any store location info, which meant I couldn’t order. Double-checked my Location settings for BluestoneLane , then checked the old app, and all was fine with those. Yet, nothing with the new app; did have my info. Suddenly thought, “Maybe it’s my VPN being active?” Paused the VPN and then BluestoneLane gave me tons of store locations and menus. Turned the VPN on and it all disappeared. I won’t use BluestoneLane until I don’t have to keep turning my VPN off and on. Don’t know why this changed.

I keep changing the password to my new account and nothing seems to work. It is supposed to have at least 8 characters, upper and lower cases, numbers and a special character. Tried everything and it’s still not creating an account

Hard to use Apple Pay for payment, clunky and slow slider bar for tipping that only allows for a percentage to be specified. Simply worse than their old app!

The old version of BluestoneLane included Apple Pay. It’s still on BluestoneLane Store, so I’ll keep using it until it stops working. It doesn’t make sense to create a new app with less customer options. There are plenty of other food ordering apps that allow Apple Pay, and those apps take a larger cut of the profit. I recommend you add Apple Pay support into the new app. I’ll change apps so I can continue to use Apple Pay.

You have to download BluestoneLane , sign up for BluestoneLane , create a login , create a profile, give all our personal info, enter a credit card profile, choose coffee and pre-pay! All for one cup of joe.

This new app doesn’t work I tried to slide the toggle to leave a tip to 20% and it kept saying 0 when I hit place order, it left a 100% tip $45 . I tried to contact customer service and no one has called me back. You need to adjust the tip function .

Sends me an email receipt and order confirmation every time — I get enough emails a notification would be fine!

I wasn’t able to use BluestoneLane , had to use website on mobile…. It didn’t scan the barcode

It adds a tip into the total that you cannot see until after checkout (not shown in the cart subtotal) and there’s not a way that I’ve seen for removing it before. Also, there are scenarios in which you can order without specifying a milk preference, in which case it defaults to oat milk. Seems like this new experience needed some user testing.

I’ll update this if it gets added back, but the prior app had Apple Pay support. This is much more convenient/secure then having to put my credit card info directly into BluestoneLane .

Overall it’s definitely easy to use and appealing to the eye but one thing that I would love to see is an adjustment on the sugar. Ticking the box to add vanilla syrup means a cup of coffee that is filthy sweet. SO sweet that all you taste is liquid sugar which completely ruins the experience of the coffee taste. There should be a half sweet option or the classic 50%, 75%, and 100% sweet. I really only wanted a hint of sweetness!

Just downloaded BluestoneLane and it’s very easy to order on and pay. I can order ahead and have my coffee waiting for me when I arrive. Would definitely recommend!
