The website and app are substandard. I couldn’t input my passport info on either, had to call customer service, who initially thought I was an idiot when it’s the Condor systems that don’t work. I couldn’t access my booking info on the website when I logged into my account, but it was on CondorAirlines . We upgraded to business class on our outbound flight via CondorAirlines during the check-in period. When we upgraded on the return flight, we were charged, given two seats in the middle
of row 4, but in actuality never rebooked. When we called customer service, the rep was insulting, he said it’s not possible to upgrade online, would not rebook us over the phone since somehow it didn’t get confirmed in their system although we were charged €349 per seat, he also would help us with the charge and then hung up on us. The flight and flight crews were pretty good to wonderful, the website and app are useless and the customer service is awful.
