The website and app are substandard. I couldn’t input my passport info on either, had to call customer service, who initially thought I was an idiot when it’s the Condor systems that don’t work. I couldn’t access my booking info on the website when I logged into my account, but it was on CondorAirlines . We upgraded to business class on our outbound flight via CondorAirlines during the check-in period. When we upgraded on the return flight, we were charged, given two seats in the middle
of row 4, but in actuality never rebooked. When we called customer service, the rep was insulting, he said it’s not possible to upgrade online, would not rebook us over the phone since somehow it didn’t get confirmed in their system although we were charged €349 per seat, he also would help us with the charge and then hung up on us. The flight and flight crews were pretty good to wonderful, the website and app are useless and the customer service is awful.

We have flown Condor many times from 2 different places in the USA to Germany & back! The flights have been great! CondorAirlines isn’t the worst I ever used of any kind! And I’m an IT guy! It needs a total competent overhaul listening to customer complaints & recommendations! Without concrete recommendations the comments themselves are worthless! Listen up developers! Dr Dan

I usually don’t write many bad reviews but this software is horrible. There is no way to get past the page after entering passport info thst asks where I am staying my first night in the us. But I am going to Frankfurt not coming to the us???? It doesn’t matter and there is no option to change this. Exiting dumps all data that has been inputted. I called the reservations person who had no clue that their software ( and website) are broken. Also there is no support contact for the website. Hopefully condor spends more of plane maintenance than they do on software.

CondorAirlines looks easy enough to navigate, but additional languages for an international carrier seems like a no brainer...
Until that happens one can use the mobile website where multiple languages are available.

Nothing wrong with loading web pages to control your contents but why on earth would you not use the web browser control and do it within CondorAirlines ..? Leaving the context of CondorAirlines only costs unnecessary extra time and, ironically, pop up the browser’s recommendation to use CondorAirlines ... like a dog biting its own tail, a bit silly don’t you think :)

By far the worst airline app I’ve ever used. Nothing works. Had problems with check in, selecting seat, booking entertainment package and even on my way to the airport there was still no boarding pass in there. Use the website instead. Had some issues there as well, but it works a bit better.

If you are reading this wondering if an airline app really can be this bad, the answer is yes, in fact, CondorAirlines really deserves one star (July 2021).

Hanging when starting; error messages when entering fields. Crashes. CondorAirlines has it all.

The website is marginally better. Seems like Condor is really cutting corners here. The jury is still out on the flight…

Should have settings to switch the language within the ap

U guys should make it in English and if it does have English in the settings I don't know where to find it since it German!!! Please fix this problem

Easy enough to figure out if you read German or other European language, but the English version is a must for an international carrier.

App sends useless reminder messages. Unable to change seat selection.
Customer service representative advised to ignore CondorAirlines and work with website instead.
Strange that Condor didn’t manage to fix and improve this during the “Covid travel break”.

Don’t waste your time and capacity with downloading CondorAirlines. I don’t know why they even provide an app because within CondorAirlines you can’t do anything and you’re always forwarded to the website. That’s nonsense in my opinion. Compared to other good apps like the one from Alaska this one is just really not helping at all.

Finally a new app! I can add my boarding passes to wallet, assign seats, buy extras… thanks for the update!

I speak German fluently and I live I. America, there is no consideration for English or other languages, also every option is just a link the website, so why have an app if I can go on the website on mobile? Sometimes things to work on the website. It's 2016, figure it out.

What is wrong with you that you do not have CondorAirlines available in English or some thing that we can convert this to English. I will never fly this airline again because I can't use the mobile app to check in and I have no clue what's happening. Terrible!!!

Needs to be fixed, worked before and now once you open and try to book a flight it crashes and freezes. Fix now please.

They are the worst company in the world. They absolutely don’t care about their customers, they lie to them in their face. Delays, cancellations are typical, they never rebook for you when these happen.
If you have any other option, never fly with them.

Always getting server error or other error messages. Logging in to Condor’s website with the identical information works, though.
CondorAirlines is useless.

I hope you didn't spend more than $100 on this amateur app which just wraps A FEW of the GERMAN parts of your website. Save yourself the headache (and €8 for TV!) and just fly Norwegian for the same price.

It’s finally in English. That’s a huge step in the right direction. You can also search for flights. I haven’t booked a flight or taken a flight since, well, we’re in a pandemic. But it certainly looks promising.

Previous review: I really like Condor Airlines. However, CondorAirlines is awful. Since Condor flies to English speaking countries and English is the lingua franca, it would be awfully helpful to be able to use CondorAirlines in English. It seems that offering multiple languages should be a pretty easy edit. Also, CondorAirlines is not self-contained; it just redirects to the website.

Nothing loads. It loads and locks up into a white screen and that's it. Trash!

This Condor checkin area online needs to have English options for 24 hour check in.

Does CondorAirlines actually have any functionality built-in? It just seems like a collection of links/buttons that launch web pages in Safari.

And how about including an app icon?!

I fly to Germany often and only speak English. The fact that CondorAirlines only is in Deutsch does not make it easy to check my flight status. Someone please offer English translation for CondorAirlines!

Any way you can add English so it can be translated to English version ?
