Safeway app suddenly quit working. Asks for zip code but keeps throwing an error:SR-0008-zip code, code0. It says : Did not observe any item or terminal within 150 ms in flat map, and no fallback has been configured. I have over 400 in points with unused rewards up to $7.00 off meat or free fried chicken, 8 piece. I don’t want to lose them. HELP!
The app won't allow me to say that I'm on my way to pick up my delivery. It won't let me check in.
App says at checkout, "We're unable to process your order." I have tried closing and reopening, clearing my cache, and doing that multiple times. I don't understand why I am receiving this message.
I have an account at Safeway and am a fresh pass member. App does not recognize this, and it wants to charge me 995 for delivery, only gives me a few options. Makes me wonder why I paid for that service?
