The app won't allow me to say that I'm on my way to pick up my delivery. It won't let me check in.

App says at checkout, "We're unable to process your order." I have tried closing and reopening, clearing my cache, and doing that multiple times. I don't understand why I am receiving this message.

I have an account at Safeway and am a fresh pass member. App does not recognize this, and it wants to charge me 995 for delivery, only gives me a few options. Makes me wonder why I paid for that service?

The program will not let me place my order. I have been trying for 3 hours. I have even closed out of the browser and re-entered twice. I am not sure ordering for you is worth frustration and the waste of time that I have spent today.
