The this app website for Madrid airport is completely unusable. How hard is it to just lay out where everything is in a map? There are too many pop ups and ‘interactivity’ implemented in place of usability. WHY do I have to download an app just to get a basic map of the airport? Just so I can be served more ads? Completely ridiculous. Please rethink your digital strategy, this is terrible execution.

We are clients of this app Club and
Park there all the year. This week, because of being peak season in Mallorca this app has decided not to accept Pre reservations at the preferred this app Club rate and charge the full rate..... modern robbery, please look for new clients who supports you in the winter.... good luck.

Aena crashes since the last update, I am unable to open it

Better nothing than Aena that gives nothing else than a waste of time.

Keep asking to update add but app doesn’t have an update in Aena Store!!!

No gate information and not intuitive at all. Recommend taking a look at the Amsterdam Schiphol app for ideas. That is a very useful and friendly app.

Apenas al tratar de abrir la aplicación se sale.

1. Si te registras desde un iPhone, el teléfono te sugiere una contraseña súper segura, y this app solo deja hasta 10 caracteres. La intentas meter manualmente y entre en bucle.
2. No se pueden pegar textos copiados en un montón de campos
3. Cuando metes el via T como medio de pago no sale listado después de guardar, parece que no se ha guardado
4. El campo de email se válida cuando le das a registrarte en vez de hacerlo cuando se introduce el email

Vivo en Valencia y solo me deja hacer reservas en aeropuerto de Madrid. Pido una nueva contraseña, me la mandas y al introducirla me dicen que la contraseña es demasiado corta.
La aplicación es totalmente inútil y ya está borrada de mi iPad

The Fast Lane we paid for as members of this app did not work. We purchased 2 Fast Lane Passes and both said InValid.

The gate agent could see the the info on the pass but she offered No Assistance.
Total Rip Off.

Me repite que no encuentra conexión internet y no accede

Aena only gives errors and nothing works properly.
It’s a waste of time.

Trying to book parking in a hurry and a password reset is requested. Once a reset email is requested it will take 10 to 15 minutes for the reset email to come in. So we don’t have time and just try to book without logging in. But we get an error that booking cannot be made as email is registered but not logged in. Ok let’s start all over and use another email. 20 minutes into the processs we got a parking reservation and emails for password reset are coming in. Since we impatiently tried it a few times we now have to find the last one that works. Got it and I’m back in my account. Lots of restrictions on pasting passwords or using password apps. So lots of typing was involved. Now I figured I will add my reservation I just made with another email, guess what… yes exactly… that is not allowed, only reservations with the email used to log in can be added. So let’s log out to manage the reservation…
Who comes up with stuff like that? Why?

Not a bad application. You could save in your flight and it will notify you about gate, Last Call, etc.
you can book a parking via app as well.

Straight forward and user-friendly, thank for each single effort put forth to develop such great app.
