The Aena website for Madrid airport is completely unusable. How hard is it to just lay out where everything is in a map? There are too many pop ups and ‘interactivity’ implemented in place of usability. WHY do I have to download an app just to get a basic map of the airport? Just so I can be served more ads? Completely ridiculous. Please rethink your digital strategy, this is terrible execution.

Park there all the year. This week, because of being peak season in Mallorca Aena has decided not to accept Pre reservations at the preferred Aena Club rate and charge the full rate..... modern robbery, please look for new clients who supports you in the winter.... good luck.
