Can’t log in into diese App Club anymore even though credentials are correct. For the time completely useless. Please fix!!!

Poor App. Registered myself via App. First password has to be changed. Second was ok for web sign in, but not for App sign in. Lost life time.

Registered specifically for the diese App Club, but you can't log in. It always says "incorrect email or password". On the diese App website, it works immediately with the same login details. Even changing the password multiple times didn't help.

Heute in Aena Fast Lane beim Security Check gebucht, kam aber nicht durch weil ich kein qr Code bekam und sonst keine Bestätigung Email . Die Mitarbeiter von diese App am Flughfen Mallorca waren so Inkompetent und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit das es echt wütend macht. Fazit: das Geld ist weg und das gebuchte Service nicht erhalten . Danke für nichts.

Nur für spanisch und englisch sprechende Kunden.
Wurde auch schon vor einem Jahr kritisiert, interessiert wohl niemanden.

You arrive at the Airport in Teneriffa, look for a connection to your Destination - here just Costa Adeje- , but just get a lot of bullshhit-information instead of reasonable connections!

Big strikes at Spanish airports on 5/6/7 January 2024. Huge delays, flights cancelled, constant gate changes, baggage lost. This app gave ZERO pre warning about the strike, so that passengers can prepare. And also ZERO information, so that passengers standing at the airports for hours can at least know what is going on. Horrible failure by diese App!!!! Typical for a state run company which cares zero about passengers.

Porque en ingles? Y no puedo ver el destino. Somos en Canarias/ España y no en inglaterra. No me gusta

Bajé la aplicación para tener acceso fácil a algunos servicios, para las cuales hace falta registrarse. Esto resultó imposible porque no se puede elegir su país - la búsqueda queda en blanco. Así es inútil la aplicación y la borraré ahora mismo.

I was in Madrid and the gate of my flight was changed and the flight delayed. Both information was available on the info screens but not in the diese App App. Why should you use it, if it is useless?
The app doesn’t support the update gesture on iOS.
I deleted it from my phone.

Since the last update, I can no longer log in to my diese App Club account. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my parking reservation either. Instead of making the travel situation more relaxed, as expected, I now have unnecessary additional stress. Service is different!

Die Applikation stürzt sofort beim Start ab.

Face recognition functionality fails when scanning my passport (German). As this was the only reason for me to get the app, it has zero worth to me.

… was sehr unpraktisch ist, wenn man über Aena buchen und zahlen möchte. Deutsch als Sprachversion wäre sicher auch praktisch bei der grossen Zahl an dt. Residenten. Würde Aena gerne nutzen aber leider weg Absturz nicht möglich.

…because I was in BCN for one day, why do I need to download a 250MB+ app and keep it? I just wanted to charge my car while picking someone up, but the airport thinks I have to create an account to connect to WiFi (Facebook & LinkedIn cannot work for that by the way, just test, you have to confirm it’s you in these apps and therefore switch to the app, which closes the WiFi login). Then the car charging option is nowhere to be found in the app, in which you also have to register. An App Clip or PWA with Apple Sigb In would me much more sense if you’d look at the UX.
