I paid for the Plus tier using Apple Pay but videos are still not playing and asking me to pay subscription again. When I try to do it again, RoyaTV store says I am already subscribed ( and emailed me a receipt). Please fix your App. I contacted Roya to fix the problem but received no response. I will be reporting this to Apple.

A couple of updates ago the live streaming and all the video stopped working. Whoever is doing this software update and beta testing is not doing a good job at all. For a good TV like this to allow such a bad app it's really a shame.

When I go to the website through the broswer there is no problem logging in, but when I try to login through RoyaTV it doesn’t let me log in. I hope you guys fix this issues soon! Great website and great content by the way!

Last couple months I was able to watch and stream the show on my tv,but when Ramadan starts there was a new update once I downloaded it all videos don’t work. I hope you guys can fix the problems. Thanks

Since recent updates from couple of months ago, it is impossible to watch live tv due to the repeated ads which keep popping up and cannot be removed once they have been watched..... Please fix this problem !!

RoyaTV is not allowing me to add my photo to my profile account when I’m trying to continue after adding the pic it’s like hanging but in general it’s useful in every how.

RoyaTV is not allowing me to register via Facebook or create a new account!
When I create a new account and when I press on submit, RoyaTV crash.
And when I try to login using Facebook .an error accrue failed to login, try again later.
I gave up. It's not user friendly at all

Higher quality live streaming needed; current quality is too low.

When I try playing videos of show episodes it won’t let me and it says server failed or the format is not supported. I hope this issue is fixed soon because I really enjoy watching the shows they air especially during ramadan.

Im not able to play any video ! It stuck on the ad , the ad keep playing aver and over then nothing comes after it

It’s a weak app, and too stupid, yesterday work today no, u should find a good developer not a cheap one.

It’s become bad application full of ad and after fins ad you can’t return to normal use shortly it’s advertising application
