Paid for Plus but not working

I paid for the Plus tier using Apple Pay but videos are still not playing and asking me to pay subscription again. When I try to do it again, the App store says I am already subscribed ( and emailed me a receipt). Please fix your App. I contacted Roya to fix the problem but received no response. I will be reporting this to Apple.

A couple of updates ago the live streaming and all the video stopped working. Whoever is doing this software update and beta testing is not doing a good job at all. For a good TV like this to allow such a bad app it's really a shame.
