I have 2 computers that I use with a USB EZcast and they both keep stopping and all I see is the Magiclink screen. It will be working and I will leave and come back to the Magiclink screen. This is beyond fustrating. Now neither coputer will work. The ezcast says not connected but windows sees it.

How to fix EZCast app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EZCast app on iPhone
Update EZCast app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EZCast iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EZCast on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EZCast network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix EZCast not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent EZCast app issues:

Force Stop the EZCast App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click EZCast app. » click "Force Stop".

Update EZCast to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EZCast App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "EZCast app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch EZCast.

Fix EZCast unable to contact server/ EZCast internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click EZCast » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got EZCast » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EZCast on android.
