I signed up and added money to my account. I hit a watch I wanted shipped to me. I go to ship, start typing address and select the address suggested by their system and get a “bad address” error. Change to work address, same problem. PO Box, same problem. I sent email to support and no response. It’s obviously a scam.
The minimum amount for a box is $50. I bought a box. I won something for $55 conveniently when you sell it you can only get $49 requiring you to put more money in to buy another box then when you try to take your money out it asks you for your Social Security number birthday and first and last name. I didn’t feel comfortable giving that information so I tried to put five dollars in ( five dollars is the smallest amount you are allowed to put in) just to get another watch and have it shipped but now it won’t accept any more money into IcyBox so now my money is just stuck.
Total scam, this is worse than putting your money in a slot machine if you think this is a crowd sourced way to get hire value watches it’s not. It’s basically a way for you to play a slot machine, You lose on the boxes you lose on the value of the watches they charge to a fee to “sell back” the worthless watches then they charge you to ship you the watch oh and if you want to cash out they charge you a fee for that too. STAY AWAY in fact look at the odds they post you’re never going to win anything
They have the values of the watches WAYYYYY overinflated. They say the minimum value of a watch you can get from the $50 box is $20. The first (and only) watch I pulled says fair value $22 on IcyBox , but you can buy the watch for $6.99 at Walmart. I don’t know how they haven’t been shut down already, but do not give them a dime.
I just added $500+ to see how this “app” worked and literally every single watch was worth 10%-25% of the “box” price. Not to mention several of the watches didn’t even have a brand name lol. After 10 mins I got down to under $5 in my account, and a $20 watch. So I tried to just keep the watch I guess. And THEY CHARGE MORE THAN THE WATCH IS WORTH for shipping lol. AVOID IcyBox/“brand” AT ALL COSTS
Save your money. The reviews feel fake, like they’re written by the same people running IcyBox. You’re not winning a “grail” — they probably don’t even own one themselves.
They’re claiming a Citizen Promaster dive watch is worth $700, which is straight up not true anywhere, and somehow that ends up in their “grail” tier box. That tells you everything about how inflated and misleading their system is.
At the end of the day, you’re just paying for a chance at something decent and most people are going to get low-value items. Do yourself a favor and just buy what you actually want. At least then you’re getting something real instead of throwing your money away on this.
Give it a couple months — once they pull in enough people through ads, I wouldn’t be surprised if IcyBox disappears and that’s the end of this no-name company. And for the record, I didn’t even put money into it — I just know a bad setup when I see one.
Do not buy anything from IcyBox. You will continue to “trade” whatever watch you get back on and it will just take your money slowly. And when you say send the watch, they will send a cheap watch that isn’t even what you had shipped. And then you will have your account show you never shipped anything. Complete scam.
Hit a grail on silver for 2800 after spending 250 - cashed out2500 instantly to my card and gamba the 300 . Deleted app after 🤣 if you get a big win - it’ll prob be your only one

I saw IcyBox on my social media about a few days ago, decided to give it a go. I’ve always liked watches and I got $20 off my first box so I figured what the heck.
As expected, box values have been all over the place, I’ve just about made even and I’m honestly happy about that. It gives you a great adrenaline rush, it is legit, and you get to explore some watches you might haven’t seen yet.
This is still a gambling app, so of you are downloading this with the expectation that you will get a 100% return on investment every time, don’t get it. If that’s the case, just go buy the watch you want.
If you are looking for an adrenaline rush, this is a great app.
P.S. I haven’t cracked any boxes over $100. I looked at the statistics on each box (which you can see before you buy a box) and the boxes that will probably get you the best value are the silver and ruby boxes which cost $100 and $250 respectively.

I asked them for a free box and they credited me for $50 and I won and cashed out I didn’t lose anything yet but that was nice I have only put in $50. Good customer service. I got my buddy hooked as well!
My buddy put me on IcyBox and I honestly got a pretty crazy rush from it. I didn’t win anything big but thats part of the risk. I don’t understand people giving it a 1 star just bc they didn’t get what they wanted if you knew what you wanted go buy it yourself idk. You know what you’re getting into and it does it well.
